Refund policy

Pre-Order Policy All orders placed through ARIH Philippines are pre-orders. Payments are processed at the time of purchase via PayMongo.

Since our products are prepared in limited batches, all pre-order sales are final. We do not accept cancellations once an order is confirmed.

In the event of a defective or incorrect item upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours at caperbrandandmedia@gmail.com with your order number and photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
